Julie Lander is the CEO of industry super fund, CareSuper. She’s responsible for developing a business strategy and plan designed to help members and employers get the most out of their super fund. She oversees the implementation of these plans across the fund, with the support of the executive team. She is passionate about improving retirement outcomes for all Australians and particularly for women, who on average, currently retire with around 47% less than men.
Julie has over 30 years’ experience in superannuation, across both corporate and industry super funds.
